I use this app, and others from the same developer, semi-regularly for some structured toning. I assume when the girl does the movement you are supposed to mimic the timing, but I cant always place my phone where I can see it and comfortably complete the exercise, so I wish there was a little click or ding for each rep. Obviously it should be optional for people who dont want it, switching on and off in settings.
The app itself is not particularly fancy, just structure and nice options for quick 5, 7.5 and 10 min workouts (and 2-3 different "series" of the workouts so you can alternate day to day). As others have mentioned there are no 20 or 30 minute workouts, but you could do one 10 minute workout followed by another.
