This app provides easy support to do effective short workouts. Clear directions with demonstrations with good technique combine to guide you in this handy app. It gets me doing butt workouts at least two or three times a week.
I really like and use this app. It would be nice to have the ability to set multiple sets for exercises. I have to quickly hit the "back" arrow if I want to do more than one set.

my motivation when I comes to working out is very little so having a small intense workout feels really great. I can always find time to do an 8 - 10 minute workout a day
I love being able to mix up the exercises so I don't get bored, and that the app plays well with others so I can listen to music or podcasts while exercising.

The voice problem u talk about is not fixed ther is NO voice No audio working

The workouts are clear, no frills and effective. Because they are so no-frill, you don't get tired of them and there is nothing annoying about them. You can also create three different workouts with your own selections or just use their three existing workouts and choose how long you want to do each exercise - 30, 45 or 60 seconds. I do about three different workouts for different areas after my cardio. Terrific especially for when you're traveling or have five or ten minutes here or there.
I'm in pretty good shape and wanted to concentrate on my glutes. I've had that app for two weeks and have been sore the whole time. I recommend this app for everyone who wants firm, toned, and sore glutes lol. I also recommend working ur way up to the ten min workouts ✌
